Sound familiar?
You're trying to do the right thing. But the crate is becoming another daily struggle.
Perhaps your puppy happily walks inside for a treat, then cries as soon as the door closes. Maybe they won't settle for a nap, or you're exhausted from broken nights and unsure whether to comfort them or wait.
-

Learn how to introduce the door in tiny, manageable steps without overwhelming your puppy.
-

“Am I making things worse by going back?”
Understand how to respond to your puppy's needs and recognise when an exercise is too difficult.
-
03 / THE NIGHTS
“Will we ever get a good night's sleep?”
Build a reassuring bedtime routine and learn how to manage night-time waking and toilet breaks.
-
04 / THE CRYING
“Will they ever stop whining or crying when they go inside the crate?”
Learn how to respond correctly to the whining and the crying and understand when they are actually distressed.

A BETTER WAY TO TEACH CRATE CONFIDENCE
It's not about getting your puppy to stay in the crate. It's about helping them want to be there.
Crate Train in 7 Days takes you through the building blocks of positive crate training, from that first voluntary step inside to calmer rest routines and carefully introduced independence.
You'll see what to practise, when to progress and when to slow down, so you're responding to your puppy rather than being stressed and rushing the process.
Seven days is the structure of the course, not a deadline for your puppy.

Help your puppy approach and enter the crate willingly
-
Learn how to build positive associations with their crate

I’m Sara, and I know how challenging crate training can be and that’s why I’ve created this plan.
I'm the founder of Doodle Doggies, an IMDT Accredited Dog Trainer and a doodle puppy training specialist featured on BBC Morning Live. TV.
I work with families raising Doodles, helping them understand their puppy's behaviour and build practical routines that work in busy homes.
This course brings my positive, reward-based approach into a clear programme you can follow at home without punishment, pressure or confusing advice.
My aim is to help you understand your puppy, and for you to successfully crate train without the stress.

Questions before you start?
-
Seven days is the course structure, not a fixed promise. Some puppies progress quickly, while others need more repetition. You'll learn how to recognise readiness and progress at your puppy's pace.
-
No. The programme uses positive, reward-based exercises and gradual progression. If your puppy becomes distressed, the goal is to respond appropriately and make the exercise easier.
-
Yes. The course is designed with the realities of raising Doodles, Poodles and family puppies in mind, but the reward-based principles apply to other puppies too.
-
Start with the early lessons and rebuild positive associations at a manageable level. If your puppy experiences panic or significant distress, individual professional support may be more appropriate.
-
The course introduces very brief out-of-sight exercises, but being comfortable in a crate and coping with home-alone time are different skills. It does not promise extended periods alone.

After purchase, you'll receive the access information configured for your course and a personal password.
